Win a Designer One-On-One Consult for your Business
You can admit it. Who hasn’t binge-watched a few home improvement makeover shows on HGTV or Netflix and secretly wished for a crew of professionals to descend upon your space to transform it into a showcase?!
Downtown Ellsworth businesses, we have the next best thing for you! Lyn Falk, an award-winning branding, design and display expert will be coming to Ellsworth on Thursday, April 19 to present “Attractive Storefronts and Interior Spaces”. As a bonus, Lyn will be offering 6 businesses in our downtown district one-on-one consultations following the workshop.
Lyn's expertise is in retail design, business, science, consumer behavior and environmental psychology. Who wouldn’t want to tap into that knowledge to build a healthy, purposeful, and productive space at your own business that moves hearts, minds, and merchandise?
One of Lyn’s most recent and exciting projects took place in Fond du Lac, WI this week. Lyn’s company, RetailWorks, was challenged to makeover a Wisconsin downtown business... in just 48 hours! In a contest among Wisconsin Main Street businesses, Annie’s Fountain City Café, Fond du Lac, was chosen. You can see the end results in this video.
Incredible and an example of the talent we have coming to our town next week!
While Lyn won’t be able to do a 48 hour makeover for us, you can get 45 minutes of uninterrupted time with Lyn at your business to discuss your storefront and public space and hear her recommendations and suggestions for how you can make it more appealing and customer-attractive! You can then take her ideas and implement then yourself to the benefit of your business.
Here’s how to nab one of these 6 coveted consults for your business:
1. Register for the “Attractive Storefronts and Interior Spaces” workshop via email here. The workshop is free and takes place Thursday, April 19, from 7:30-9:00am at Common Man Brewing. You can find more details here.
The workshop will provide a tutorial on designing storefronts and interior spaces that attract attention and recruit customers. From retail, restaurants, and service businesses, strategies surrounding color, placement, layout, and grouping of merchandise maximize sales and generate return customers. Tips and current trends will be shared, and business owners will have the opportunity to ask questions specific to their businesses.
** The workshop is open all storefront small businesses in our region, although the one-on-one consults are only available to businesses within the Ellsworth downtown district.
2. Email us here and tell us why you would like your business to be chosen and how your business would benefit from some of Lyn's expert advice.
** If you've already registered for the workshop, then just complete step #2.
That’s all there is to it! We will be contacting businesses selected for their one-on-one, along with their consultation time, on Monday, April 16. Good luck to everyone!Tell a Friend
