For March's FLEX, Nate Boettcher, Pierce Pepin Cooperative Services, will be sharing about his career journey in the cooperative world, how he came to Ellsworth and his role at PPCS, and the many leadership lessons along the way.

ABOUT NATE BOETTCHER:
Nate Boettcher is the President & CEO of Pierce Pepin Cooperative Services (PPCS) located in Ellsworth, WI. Hired in 2019, Boettcher is only the 5th CEO to serve PPCS since its inception in 1937. Boettcher is the board chair for the Pierce County EDC and Dairyland Managers Association. Boettcher also serves as a director for ZEF Energy, a market leading Electric Vehicle Charging Manufacturer. Prior to PPCS, Boettcher spent 16 years working for National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) both in Mandan, N.D., and Lake St. Louis, M.O. During his time at NISC, Boettcher implemented NISC solutions for telecom and utility companies, along with leading product management teams during his final 8 years. Boettcher earned his MBA and undergraduate degrees from the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D. and is registered as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
